Abstract, Disclosure, and HIPAA Forms

40th Annual Conference
February 7th – 11th, 2022

All active members in attendance are expected to present a paper at the annual conference. Emeritus and new members attending the conference for the first time are encouraged to present, however it is not a requirement.

** NEW RULES & REGULATIONS FOR 2022 ** 

1.   ALL Abstracts submitted for CME/CEU credits MUST have the Disclosure and Content Validation Declaration attached with the Abstract or it will NOT be accepted – no exceptions. 

2.  Abstract submission due date is October 15, 2021. Notifications of acceptance will start on October 22, 2021.  

3.  All CME speakers who have had their abstracts accepted, must submit their talk (slide presentation) directly to the CME office by December 20, 2021. The CME office will then determine if there is any conflict of interest. If so, the CME office will make recommendations directly to the speaker on any needed changes in order to be compliant with the ever-changing ACCME guidelines. Note:This is not required for corporate presentations.  

4.  NABS will accept Abstracts after the October 15th deadline if there is space in the agenda. However, those Abstracts will not count toward total meeting CME awarded credits.
