THE FINE PRINT

ROOM DEPOSIT
Advance deposit of your first night (plus tax) is due at booking.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel or change your reservation without penalty by providing Mammoth Mountain Ski Area (MMSA) with at least seven (7) days notice in advance of arrival date. Within seven (7) days of arrival, all reservations are non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to by MMSA.
RESORT FEE
MMSA has a resort fee of $20.00 per room per night. This fee entitles MMSA’s guest to the following benefits: unlimited internet usage, unlimited local and 800 phone calls, incoming and outgoing fax service, business center computer services, DVD movie rental, in room tea and coffee, game room access, fitness room access and in resort transportation. This fee also enables MMSA to provide seasonal bike storage, ski and snowboard valet, and chain installation and removal.
RESERVATION POLICIES
Unless otherwise noted, guests are responsible for their own charges. Upon arrival, MMSA requires a credit card for each guest room to establish individual accounts for room charges. Individual accounts of guests of must be paid upon checkout.
MMSA’s lodging properties are NON-SMOKING. If smoke is detected in the room, an automatic $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
NOTE: All keys must be returned to the Front Desk no later than 11:00 AM on day of departure. Any key not returned to the Front Desk by this time will be deactivated and access to that room will be denied. Should MMSA find any individuals have re-entered a room after 11:00 AM without prior authorization from the Front Desk, we reserve the right to charge your account an additional half-day room rental. In order to avoid these charges, all keys must be returned to the Front Desk by 11:00 AM.

Getting To Mammoth Mountain Inn…
Mammoth Mountain Inn Shuttle
We offer complimentary shuttle service for MMI guests subject to demand and availability. The MMI shuttle makes regular trips to the Village. Generally every 30 minutes. Check with the Front Desk for departure times by calling (760) 934-2581. Please note that the shuttle service is subject to occupancy, demand, weather, and road conditions. During low occupancy periods, shuttle service may be reduced and is subject to change without notice.
Eastern Sierra Transit Authority (Year-Round)
Eastern Sierra Transit Authority (ESTA) offers free transportation around Mammoth Lakes with bus service to nearly every popular spot in town. Complimentary maps and schedules are available at the Front Desk. Find the main transportation hub at The Village, where you can access all bus lines via stop #90 on Canyon Blvd or the Red or Pink Line at stop #18 on Minaret Rd/HWY 203.
Evening Hospitality Shuttle
When available, our Hospitality Shuttle offers on-demand service to requested locations throughout town, and includes stops at our hotel properties and Vons grocery store. Call the Front Desk to inquire about service.
Village Gondola
The Village Gondola is the easiest way to access the mountain from town. The ride is complimentary from The Village up to Canyon Lodge, and non-skiers can get out to enjoy the views of the slopes and the high-altitude atmosphere.
